The dinner selection overwhelmed with innovative and delicious dishes, especially the fine wine offerings that complemented each meal. Enjoyed the spa—invigorating sauna and soothing outdoor jacuzzis made for a perfect end to our days. The attentive team consistently made me feel welcomed and cared for. On the downside, reaching the slopes took a bit longer than expected, though the shuttle service was always prompt. Internet connectivity lagged at times, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the overall experience was enriching, feeling both luxurious and homey.

The 'mountain view' from my room was mostly overshadowed by an electric transmission tower just feet away. The lack of reliable heating and limited TV channels proved disappointing, while the breakfast experience fell short, leaving one to beg for coffee even with few guests in the hotel. the hotel entrance featured broken, unattractive pavement, creating an uninviting first impression.
